Pontus’ starting position puts them close to some Hellenic cultural chums in the form of Pergamon, the Greek States and so on, as well as next door to some immediate (Cappadocia) and potential enemies (those eternally bloated Seleucids.) Quite a handy starting point for testing the new battle, AI, diplomacy and building chain changes. Throughout the weekend I’ve been pushing my way through a Pontus campaign in the beta version of Patch 15. Will it be Celtic shields or Pontus uniforms to emerge triumphant in this deadly clash of fashion?
